Zagg brand Gear4 rolled out its new Apollo Snap 2 Magnetic AirPods case last week for Apple’s second-generation top-shelf earbuds.

The case’s magnets hold the lid tight and provide MagSafe and Qi wireless charging power.

The new Gear4 Apollo Snap AirPods Pro 2 case is girded by rubber and made of 40% post-consumer recycled materials. It should protect your precious AirPods Pro 2 from dreaded drops. And it looks rugged.

The case’s back uses magnets to stick well on wireless magnetic chargers with or without the earbuds inside. Other magnets hold the cover closed so your earbuds can’t all out when they’re in there.

Unlike Apple’s AirPods Pro 2 charging case, this one lacks a cutout for a lanyard. Instead, it features an exterior loop where you can affix an included carabiner or a strap (not included, but Gear4 sells a lanyard for $12.99).

Gear4 Apollo Snap 2 AirPods Pro Case features:

The magnets are strong enough to hold the case on a floating MagSafe charging pad.
