As we predicted, iOS 7 Beta 2 dropped for developers today, but substantially, it’s the first iOS 7 beta to support the iPad 2, Retina iPad and iPad mini.
We’ve already seen official shots of what iOS 7 looks like running on the iPad, as well as shots of iOS 7 running on Xcode’s iPad emulator. Now, though, we’ll get to finally see it running on a real device.

What is the red app between Game Center and Reminders?
Beta 2 is a lot more broken than the first. some serious problems with practically all the elements of the UI, most notably the status bar on springboard, the dynamic wallpaper crashes out, and the lock screen audio controls are stuck open on my iPhone 5. guessing if I close the app thats playing audio, it will revert back to the usual clock. but still. It’s kind of a nightmare to work with, I can’t really test my apps on it as I can’t guarantee it would be an accurate portrayal of how they’ll actually run xD
I’d imagine that’s Photo Booth.
Oh yes. Hence why it is on the iPad, not the iPhone. Good call. I’ll admit, I was thinking they were going to for sure remove that.
From my experience, kids love it, and if theres not a great deal of revision to do, why remove it as a feature… thats my thinking at least.
