Apple expanded its Apple Immersive Video catalog Monday with a slate of new films from major global publishers, broadcasters and brands, marking a major milestone for the Vision Pro platform.

The new content comes from partners including Audi, the BBC, CANAL+, CNN, HYBE, MotoGP and Red Bull. Releases are planned over the coming months.

Take a peek at new immersive films coming for Vision Pro

Apple’s announcement represents one of the largest content expansions since the Vision Pro‘s launch in 2023. Many of the new films stand among the first captured using Blackmagic Design’s new URSA Cine Immersive camera and edited on Mac using DaVinci Resolve Studio. This technological advancement promises even higher quality immersive experiences for Vision Pro users.

MotoGP documentary kicks off new content wave

Leading the charge is Tour De Force, a collaboration between CANAL+ and MotoGP. It’s already available for free on the Apple TV app. The immersive documentary follows MotoGP rider Johann Zarco through his dramatic rain-soaked victory at the French Grand Prix at Le Mans in May. So it ended France’s 71-year wait for a home victory in front of over 300,000 fans.

And the production showcased the advanced technical capabilities now available to filmmakers. CANAL+ uses four URSA Cine Immersive cameras mounted on pedestals and Steadicams, paired with ambisonic microphones to capture Apple Spatial Audio. A mobile production setup featuring Mac Studio and Pro Display XDR allowed the team to review footage trackside in real-time.

Red Bull brings extreme sports to Vision Pro

In addition, World of Red Bull debuts as a new series of immersive experiences, starting with “Backcountry Skiing” this December. The episode transports viewers to Revelstoke, British Columbia, where elite freeskiers tackle remote, untouched slopes.

And a second episode, “Big-Wave Surfing,” will follow in 2026, taking audiences to the massive waves off Teahupoʻo, Tahiti.

Classical music and wildlife documentaries expand genres

What’s more, the content expansion moves beyond action sports with A Night at the BBC Proms, featuring pianist Lukas Sternath performing Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor with the BBC Symphony Orchestra.

Notably, this marks the first classical music concert available in Apple Immersive format. It allows viewers to experience the performance from mere inches away from the pianist’s hands while surrounded by the orchestra’s sound in the historic Royal Albert Hall.

CNN contributes Journey to Antarctica to Find Emperor Penguins, where chief climate correspondent Bill Weir joins a scientific expedition to document the impact of climate change on penguin populations. Meanwhile, Julaymba offers an intimate look at Australia’s Daintree Rainforest through the eyes of the Eastern Kuku Yalanji people. And HYBE provides unprecedented access to K-pop group CORTIS in their practice room.

Apple also plans to expand its own content with new episodes of Wild Life, featuring young orangutans in Borneo, and Elevated, where actor Tim Robbins guides viewers over Maine’s fall foliage. These additions join existing Apple Immersive titles like Submerged, The Weeknd: Open Hearts, and Metallica.

The Vision Pro remains available in 13 countries and regions. Free demos available at all Apple Store locations. Extended previews of Tour De Force will be available at select stores in October.
