Gamevice introduced a new gaming controller Tuesday that it designed for iPad, in addition to a version for iOS already on the market.

The device, called Gamevice for iPad, fits around your tablet‌, making it work like a handheld gaming console.

According to Gamevice, the new ‌iPad‌ version of the controller is compatible with fifth to ninth-generation ‌iPads‌, iPad Air 2 and ‌iPad Air‌ 3, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, and the 10.5-inch ‌iPad Pro‌ (iPads with Lightning ports, in other words).

The company said the controller works well for cloud gaming via Apple Arcade, Xbox Game Pass, GeForce Now, Stadia and other systems.

“Play the latest native mobile games from Apple Arcade and the App Store including Apex Legends Mobile, Call of Duty Mobile, Genshin Impact, Minecraft and many more,” Gamevice said.

And naturally, it also works with the recently updated Gamevice Live app. The app helps players find games that play nicely with the controller.

In addition to the ‌iPad‌ controller, Gamevice also introduced a new version of the iOS controller. It works with all current-generation iPhones and Android smartphones. That includes the whole iPhone 13 lineup, of course.

You can purchase the Gamevice for ‌iPad‌ on the Gamevice website or Amazon for $99.95. The new Gamevice for iOS is available for $79.95.
