Earlier this month, we told you the awesome calendar app Fantastical is making the leap from Mac OS X to iOS. It’s now available to download for your iPhone — priced at just $1.99 — and like its desktop counterpart, it’ll change the way you use your calendar forever.
If you’re already using Fantastical on your Mac, then you shouldn’t be without it on your iPhone. It’s just as good-looking, and it allows you to quickly create new calendar entries using natural language. It even supports Dictation (on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and the fifth-generation iPod touch).
When you first open Fantastical, you’re presented with the DayTicker — an fast and efficient way to view your schedule. It’ll tell you everything you have coming up — just like Fantastical does on your Mac — and you can tap individual appointments to see more details, such as the location of events, which calendar the appointment is from, and more.
Can’t find the event you’re looking for? Simply drag your calendar down slightly and you’ll get a search box which will help you find appointments by their title, their location, or their list of invitees. Drag down a little further and you’ll get a view of the entire month, where you can tap on different days to see what you have planned.
