The folks over at Nowhereelse.fr have put together a pretty awesome iPhone 5 rumor roundup. The above video goes through all of the major iPhone 5 rumors in a quick and intriguing way. The likelihood of each rumor is given a percentage so that you can get a good idea of what the iPhone 5 will be like.

It’s important to note that this video does not take into account the credible rumor that the iPhone 5 will in fact not be announced until October.

What do you expect from the iPhone 5?

I just paiid $ for $23.87 an iPad 2 32-GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $ 38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $ 657 which only cost me $ 62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it al from, http://to.ly/aUxz

Apparently the creators of this video don’t know what 100% means.  Apple has confirmed nothing, therefor nothing can be considered 100%.

    Be gone

  7. knock knock says:

does anyone else think not having 4G is a deal breaker?

  8. Robert Pruitt says:

I need year long contracts from AT&T.  These two years are killing me.

  9. John Cameron says:

The video states the iPhone 5 might have HDMI out, but the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 already have HDMI out via the Apple Digital AV Adapter.

  10. John Cameron says:

Not particularly, given the battery drain of current 4G chipsets.  You’d either need a bigger and heavier iPhone with similar battery life or same size with reduced battery life.  4G still isn’t available in many major cities.  =(

Great vid, great concept, love it.

  12. Evan Benford says:

yayy thats why you clicked and watched the video…right

  13. KillianBell says:

Or at all here in the U.K.

  14. Chase Hausman says:

I think they meant video mirroring like what the iPad 2 can do, the iPhone 4 can only display something with an app that supports it.

  15. Chase Hausman says:

What do they mean CDMA version: 100%?  There already is a CMDA version of the iPhone 4, why would Apple remove that option?  And, the CDMA doesn’t have a SIM card, yet thats what the graphic next to that text said.

  16. Hampus says:

Yea, the graphics where wrong for that :p
And they mean exactly what you say, there is a CDMA iPhone 4, there is no way they won’t make a CDMA iPhone 5 that is why they say it’s 100% likely. It might be launched later this time too though, who knows.

  17. Hampus says:

    Stop buying on contract then.
Buy the phone without a contract and then get the cheapest contract that fills your needs.

Then again, with the way US carriers seem to screw you over at every possible chance the get maybe this isnt an option for you…

  18. Hampus says:

Yea, just listen to most people with 4G android phones, what do they think of 4G? “Awesome! Great speeds, but I turn it off, it drains the battery to quick” More or less.

Over here in Sweden there is only 4G in a few areas this far, sure with the speed our carriers usually work it’ll cover the country in a few years max… By then it’ll likely be replaced by true 4G though and not just the 3G++ we have now :p

It is in no way a deal breaker, I honestly couldn’t care less :p

  19. Hampus says:

    Oh? Is that so?
I think it’s pretty safe to say that a newer faster CPU and iOS 5 and 100% guaranteed, Apple hasn’t said anything about neither…

Still, I think they aren’t that good at percent, I think they are a bit too optimistic, Apple putting in even higher resolution? I am not so sure they’ll want to change it again…

  20. Stagueve says:

    You got it Chase ;)

Neat video, great presentation, but … doesn’t this just show how completely unreliable all the numbers are?

If 40% of people think that the screen with the highest resolution of any phone is going to get an even *higher* resolution screen, and if 40% of people think that it will have a curved shape, how can anyone rely on any of this stuff?
