The Aura Air cleanses and disinfects indoor air, getting rid of viruses, bacteria and mold. And the professional system will soon be upgraded to support Apple’s HomeKit automation system.

Aura Air will soon work with HomeKit

The system uses a four-stage purification process while monitoring air quality in real-time. It offers antibacterial layers that eliminate harmful gases, odors and fine particles. The system promises to detect, capture and kill 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, germs and allergens.

Recently, Innovative Bioanalysis Laboratory found that Aura’s purification system destroyed 99.99% of airborne SARS-CoV-2, including delta variant particles, within 60 minutes.

Aura Air launched supporting Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT. Now, Apple HomeKit is about to be added, allowing the product to be controlled with the Home application on iPhone, iPad or Mac. The announcement of imminent HomeKit support came at CES 2022, going on now.

Primarily intended for businesses, the Aura Air system packs a $499 price tag.
