The following three images show you what the new control panel looks like and what type of things you can change in Windows 8. If you click on More Settings in the third image you are shown the familiar Windows 7 control panel.
The preview ships Visual Studio 11 Windows development tools and I experimented with it for a while. It is just like earlier versions of Microsoft’s developer tools, but just a bit more buggy. I’m sure they’ll fix most of the problems I met before it is released to the public.
