Apple’s most recent iPhone ad, “Dog Lover,” is pretty clearly some Cupetino employee’s excuse to get their cute new dog some face time while simultaneously appealing to squealing canine lovers country-wide. That’s okay though. That pooch is pretty cute.
The Dog Lover ad follows a family adopting their new dog Baileywith the free Pet Finder app, sharing the photos of their new pet on Facebook, finding nearby parks with liberal scooping guidelines with the Hey Walkies app, and remotely dogsitting Bailey with the $4.99 iCam app (Bailey is serendipitously sitting in front of a MacBook at the time).
Very cute, but once again, budgerigars get the shaft in favor of a more pedestrian animal.
