Even in the age of social distancing, the group selfie doesn’t have to be an endangered species. For several years, Apple has been investigating automatically merging multiple images into a group selfie.
And now that the company has a patent on the idea, it could be part of iOS 14 or a later version.
Soon you’ll visit a webpage in an unfamiliar language and see it automatically translated to one you can read with the iPhone Safari web browser. This reportedly will be a feature of iOS 14.
No third-party app will be needed. And the translation will supposedly take place directly on the handset, not a remote server.
iOS 14 will supposedly include Home screen widgets, and a concept artist dreamed up a design. His short video is sure to excite anyone who’s ready for their iPhone’s main screen to become more dynamic and informative.
Details on iOS 14 started leaking out in February, with sources claiming to have a leaked copy of the next iPhone operating system. An investigation by Vice apparently confirms that researchers and hackers really got access to an iOS version more than half a year before its release.
