The Apple Store now has eight factory-refurbished Apple Mac Pro workstations on sale in its Special Deals section, with prices starting at $1,999. [With free shipping, it’s the lowest total price we’ve seen for these Mac Pros in weeks.] (It’s also the largest selection we’ve seen in months.) All are lower than the best price we could find for a new one, typically by wide margins. Sales tax is added where applicable. A 1-year warranty applies, the same as new systems. Buy.com offers the refurbished Apple iPod video 30GB MP3 Player in Black, model no. MA146LL/A for $109.99 with free shipping. (That’s $5 under our mention from two weeks ago and the lowest total price we could find.)
Buy.com again offers the refurbished Apple iPod photo 60GB MP3 Player in Black, model no. MA147LL/A, for $119.99 with free shipping. (That ties our July mention as the lowest total price we could find by $30, although we did see a White one for $4 less back in February.)
