The Apple Store now has two factory-refurbished Apple Mac Pro workstations on sale in its Special Deals section, with prices starting at $3,299. (With free shipping, it’s the lowest total price we’ve seen for these Mac Pros in weeks.) All are lower than the best price we could find for a new one, typically by wide margins. Sales tax is added where applicable. A 1-year warranty applies, the same as new systems. Items are removed from Apple’s site when they sell out. The refurbished Mac Pro systems:

Today only, the iTunes App Store offers downloads of Reign of Swords for iPhone / iPod touch for free. (That’s a $3 drop and the best deal we’ve seen for this turn-based strategy game.)
