With RAMageddon jacking up the prices of Apple gear, this refurbished iPad deal makes more sense than ever. While supplies last, you can grab a ninth-generation iPad from 2021 with 64GB of storage for just $179.99. And if you want more space to stash your movies, music and other files, you can bump up to the 256 GB model for just $334.99.
Both models come in near-mint condition, with Apple’s A13 Bionic chip, a 10.2-inch Retina display and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Refurbished iPad 9 deal
Not every part of your Apple setup needs the newest hardware. Sometimes you just want a capable screen for streaming on the couch, knocking out emails, joining a video call or keeping your phone out of your hands for five minutes. And with Apple recently boosting prices, an entry-level iPad now costs $449. And in this environment, a refurbished iPad makes a lot of sense.
The A13 Bionic chip can handle apps, web browsing, multitasking and other daily tasks. The 10.2-inch Retina display gives you plenty of screen space for reading, browsing, streaming and calls, without turning this into something you’re going to dread carrying around.
For video calls, there’s a 12MP Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage, which automatically keeps you in frame. Stereo speakers pump out great audio for shows, music and calls. And Touch ID provides familiar fingerprint-based unlocking.
Wi-Fi only but near-mint condition
As mentioned, these refurbished iPad 9s are Wi-Fi only. So you’ll need access to a wireless network for online activities rather than relying on a cellular connection. For a tablet primarily destined for use in your home, office, school or other places where Wi-Fi is readily available, that may be all you need. (And there’s always your iPhone’s Personal Hotspot feature.)
Despite being refurbished, these tablets haven’t been heavily used. They carry a Grade-A rating, meaning they arrive in near-mint condition with very minimal to zero scuffing on the case.
Save on a refurbished ninth-generation iPad
Get a refurbished ninth-gen iPad with 64GB of storage for just $179.99 or with 256GB for just $334.99 while stock lasts.
