Tune Maker

Tune Maker is a universal app that makes is super easy to get your musical ideas down. It has sections for beats, and for melody, where you draw in the notes as the music is playing. You can then add chords (harmonize) the melody, as well as building your song out in sections.
Choose instruments, use arpeggios, and record the result. You can even output your song as a MIDI file to use in GarageBand, Ableton Live, and so on.

JAX Unisonic (Audio Unit)

Unisonic takes a musical input, and then adds additional voices to it. Play a note, and it can be turned into up to 8 notes, all with different pitches. You can also detain the results, for a huge, analog synth-like sound.

Stereo Width Control

This tool is a musical scalpel. It lets you limit the stereo width of a song based on sound frequency. So, you can condense the bass in the middle, and free up all the stereo space it leaves for other instruments. Or you can use it for special effects. It’s a pretty essential tool for mixing your own music.
