On Sunday, Tim Cook delivered the commencement address for graduating students at Stanford University.
During his speech, Cook talked privacy, the importance of using tech for good, and how it felt to take over Apple after Steve Jobs’ death. Check out the video below:
This isn’t the first time Cook has delivered commencement addresses. He has previously given well-received speeches at George Washington, MIT, former alma mater Duke University, and Tulane University.
Congratulations to the Stanford Class of 2019! It was an honor to celebrate with you today! ? Be different. Leave something worthy. And always remember that you can’t take it with you. You’re going to have to pass it on. #Stanford19 pic.twitter.com/GwW5UHslXD

Stanford, however, has a particular significance. Its campus in very close proximity to Apple’s. It is also the same school where Jobs came one of the most memorable commencement addresses in history back in 2005.
