Tim Cook’s Tulane University commencement address is now available to watch online. Cook delivered his speech to graduates over the weekend, during which he drew on his own career experiences to offer advice to those just about to set foot into the world of work.

Cook’s speech begins at around the 3:24 mark. During his speech, he talks about joining Apple in 1998, at a time when Apple wasn’t exactly the most prestigious company to work for. “Steve had a plan to change things, and I wanted to be a part of it,” Cook said. “It wasn’t just about the iMac or the iPod or everything that came after. It was about the values that brought these inventions to life.”
He also discusses climate change, along with respecting the views of others, while still finding ways to move humanity forward.
This isn’t the first time Cook has delivered commencement addresses. He has previously given well-received speeches at George Washington, MIT, and former alma mater Duke University. After his appearance at Tulane University, Cook visited a nearby acclaimed New Orleans music center. In addition to meeting students, he announced that Apple would be donating equipment to the facility.
