Apple is quickly catching up with iPhone X demand.
Shipping estimates on its online store have dropped for the first time since the handset was made available to pre-order late last month. New customers are facing a wait of just 2-3 weeks.
The rumors promised iPhone X supplies would increase in November, and it seems they weren’t wrong. iPhone X may have sold out quickly at launch, but those who are only just placing an order will endure a much shorter wait.
iPhone X shipping times fall
Both the silver and space gray color options on all carriers in the U.S. are now shipping in 2-3 weeks, Apple says. The same estimate is also being quoted for those in the U.K., Canada, and other markets around the world.
Those who have already ordered an iPhone X from Apple have been seeing their shipping estimates fall in recent weeks. Customers who were originally told their device would arrive in late November were surprised to see them shipping at the start of the month.
If you want your iPhone X even sooner, you’ll need to visit an Apple Store or carrier partner. They continue to receive frequent deliveries, and if you get there early, you’ll walk away with a new unit without having to wait for it to be delivered to your door.
