Sure, gallium nitride (GaN) technology keeps making powerful device chargers smaller, but Apple accessories maker Nomad looks to be pushing the envelope further with its remarkably slim new USB-C adapters.

The 35W and 65W chargers could be perfect for grabbing some juice for devices like iPhone 15 and MacBook Air while you’re out and about.

Nomad 35W and 65W slim power adapters

Nomad launched two new GaN power adapters. One is a 35-watt version with one USB-C port on the end and folding prongs for an outlet. The other jacks up the power a bit for larger devices. It’s a 65W version with two USB-C ports.

The two are about the same size and either could easily fit in a pants pocket or in any pocket on a knapsack or computer bag.

Power for 1 or 2 devices

While the 35W adapter powers one device, the 65W adapter (pictured above) can top up two.

The 35W version is straightforward. You plug it in a charge one device. The 65W version offers full power when one port is engaged, or 45W to the left port and 20W to the right port when both are charging devices.

You can pick up Nomad’s slim new power adapters on the company’s website. They come in a dark-gray color Nomad calls Carbide.

Price: $35 (35W) or $65 (65W)
