Nanoleaf added a handy new portable smart lamp with brand partner Umbra and two new smart bulbs to its Essentials line, the company said Thursday.

All of the products will work through the Matter smart-home standard with HomeKit and other smart-home platforms.

Coming right on the heels of the company’s new holiday string lights, Nanoleaf’s two new smart bulbs offer full color array and connect through Thread networking to Matter. One is a compact GU10 bulb and the other is a recessed downlight.

But the two new bulbs made up just part of the announcement. The company also said it’s partnering with Canadian brand Umbra to create a modern portable lamp that uses Nanoleaf smart lighting.

With an X-shaped base and a cone, the Cono smart lamp can sit upright, lie down sideways or hang upside down. The base can also serve as a handle to carry the light around, Umbra noted. A second, table-lamp version sports a cup for a base to hold pens and such.

The lamp supports over 16 million colors and puts out 130 lumens over 5 hours of use on a charge via USB-C.

You can preorder several products now. The GU10 smart bulb costs $49.99 for a 3-pack. The downlight is $34.99 each or $119.99 for a 4-pack. The Cono lamp is $95 for preorder, or $130 for a table-lamp version with a cup for a base (you can sign up to hear more about its availability).
