Moment said Wednesday its whole lineup of popular smartphone cameras lenses is getting bigger and bolder to suit growing handset cameras like iPhone’s, including the upcoming iPhone 15 series.
The new T-Series comprises eight lenses that are new versions of the company’s M-Series, which came out to widespread acclaim in 2017.
Moment T-Series smartphone camera lenses
After its launch, Moment became an important option for iPhone photographers who wanted high-quality screw-on lenses to jack up their phone’s photo chops for a variety of shooting situations.
And even though the smartphone camera arms race has meant steady improvements to the stock hardware, lens add-ons like Moment’s can still improve your shooting with features like longer telephotos, wider wide angles and tighter macros.
Bigger lenses, thicker glass
But back in 2017, smartphone cameras were much smaller than they are now, and the Moment M-Series worked well. The new T-Series sports overall bigger size and thicker glass than previous models to keep up with new — and upcoming — smartphones. Certain mounts will also have larger apertures to let in more light.
New T-Series lenses will work with Moment’s latest, larger bayonet mount for iPhone 13 series and newer models, including iPhone 15 handsets.
There are also versions of lenses for Android now, too.
The M-Series will still be available even as the T-Series rolls out.
New Moment T-Series lens options:
- Anamorphic 1.33x or 1.55x cinematic in gold or blue flare: $149.99
- Fisheye 14mm: $119.99
- Macro 10x: $119.99
- Telephoto 58mm: $149.99

You choose the lens, the device (iPhone or Android) and whether you want just the lens or a phone case option. Moment estimates preordered lenses will ship on or about September 7.
