iOttie Velox Pro and Velox Mini MagSafe car mounts

The new iOttie Velox Pro MagSafe Mount is the company’s flagship charger, while the Velox Mini is a more-budget option. It mounts to the dashboard with a suction cup base and you a ball-head mount lets you adjust the magnetic pad to the best viewing angle. The length of its telescoping arm adjusts from 4 to 7 inches.

The Velox Pro’s main selling point, however, may be its smart-cooling feature. It comes from an integrated fan that helps keep your handset cool.

It does so with “CryoFlow,” to use iOttie’s term. The charger automatically detects your iPhone when you mount it and turns on the fan.

7.5-watt charging speed

The Mini model skips features like smart cooling, but it also costs considerably less than the Pro model.

While iOttie designs its latest chargers for iPhone 12 through 14 series, which support up to 15W charging with MagSafe tech, the chargers only supports 7.5W charging. The Pro model comes with a USB-C charger.

You can pick up the Velox Pro charger for $74.95 on Amazon. The Velox Mini, which charges at the same speed, skips the cooling feature and does not come with a USB-C charger, goes for $39.95.
