Looking to buy Apple’s 32-inch Pro Display XDR? Amazon is taking a whopping $300 off the stunning display, reducing the hole the purchase would otherwise make in your wallet.

With an MRP of $4,999, the Pro Display XDR is an expensive piece of tech. But you can take advantage of the deal on Amazon to get the display for $4,699.99.

Pro Display XDR features a 32-inch 6K Retina panel

Apple announced the Pro Display XDR alongside the Mac Pro at WWDC19. The 6K display went on sale later in the year, on December 10.

The Pro Display XDR has the specs to match its insane $5,000 price tag. It features a 32-inch Retina 6K display with 576 local dimming zones. Apple says the 6K resolution provides up to 40% more screen space than a 5K display. It can get plenty bright as well, with a sustained full-screen brightness of 1,000 nits and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits.

Apple has designed the Pro Display XDR to complete with reference monitors. To achieve that color accuracy, the monitor has a 10-bit color depth and supports P3 wide color gamut.

The Pro Display XDR’s aluminum design is another highlight and makes it stand out from other monitors on the market. It features both Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C connectivity.

Save $300 on the Pro Display XDR

At $5,000, it is hard to justify the Pro Display XDR’s price unless you work in a professional environment and need a reference monitor with great design. And remember, this price is without the optional $999 Pro Stand that offers tilt and height adjustment. It also enables you to use the monitor in landscape and portrait modes.

Thanks to a $300 discount, you can get the Pro Display XDR for $4,699. Given its steep price tag, $300 off might not be much. But you can use the money saved towards upgrading your Mac or getting the Pro stand.
