Apple’s 14-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip and 1TB storage is down to $1,999 on Amazon. That’s a massive $499 off its $2,499 retail price.

The Cupertino giant is unlikely to unveil the M2 MacBook Pros until Q1 next year. So, this is the perfect time to grab the 14-inch MacBook Pro at its heavily discounted price ahead of Black Friday.

2021 MacBook Pro has a stunning Liquid Retina XDR display

Launched in October 2021, Apple’s M1 Pro MacBook Pro lineup features a redesigned chassis. Besides the new design, they feature a stunning Liquid Retina XDR display with 120Hz ProMotion support. The slightly boxy aluminum unibody enclosure brings back MagSafe 3, an HDMI port, and an SD card slot. The Magic Keyboard also has physical function keys.

Apple claims its 2021 MacBook Pro lineup delivers “groundbreaking performance and amazing battery life.”

This is thanks to the efficient M1 Pro and Max chips. The former packs a 10-core CPU for up to 70% faster performance, 16-core GPU for 2x faster graphics, and 16-core Neural Engine. Despite packing so much power, the 14-inch MacBook Pro provides up to 17 hours of video playback. And when in a hurry, you can top up the battery to 50% in 30 minutes.

Amazon has frequently discounted the 14-inch MacBook Pro by $300-$400. Even now, you can get the entry-level model featuring an 8-core CPU and 512GB storage for $1,599—$400 off the $1,999 price.

The best deal is on the 1TB model packing a faster 10-core CPU and 16-core GPU. You can get it for $1,999 — the same price as the entry-level model’s MRP. What’s even better is that Amazon’s holiday return policy has kicked in. So, the product is returnable until January 31, 2023.

With the money saved, consider getting AppleCare+ protection for your Mac for complete peace of mind. It will extend your MacBook’s warranty by another two years and cover accidental damages.
