M2 MacBook Pro is both fast and efficient

Apple’s M2 MacBook Pro was announced at WWDC22 in June. While it retains the same design as its predecessor, the machine sports a faster and more efficient M2 chip. The old design means you do not get an HDMI, MagSafe, or SD card slot. On the plus side, if you are a fan of the Touch Bar, the M2 MacBook Pro is your only choice.

Thanks to the M2 chip, the 2022 MacBook Pro is 25% faster than the M1 model. Do note that tests have shown the new MacBook Pro’s SSD to be slower than its predecessor. However, for most use cases, this should not make any difference.

If you can look beyond the old design and the slow SSD speeds, the M2 MacBook Pro will serve you well.

Grab the M2 MacBook Pro with a massive $200 discount

The entry-level M2 MacBook Pro with 8GB RAM and 256SSD carries an MSRP of $1,299. Amazon’s latest deal knocks $150 off its retail price, bringing it down to just $1,149. And if you want more storage, the 512GB configuration gets an even better $200 discount. So, instead of $1,499, you pay only $1,299 for it.

The old design of the M2 MacBook Pro is a bummer. But look past that, and you get a capable machine for your daily work, especially at its discounted rate. Given how good the deal is, stocks may not last for long. So, pull the trigger on the configuration you want as early as possible.
