See is coming to an end, and it’s not going quietly. A trailer for the final season of the Apple TV+ post-apocalyptic adventure series shows there’s a war brewing. One that Baba Voss (Jason Momoa) must win.

Season 3 is set to kick off on August 26.

See season 3 will be a fight for the future

See is set in a dystopian future after humankind has lost the ability to see. Humanity lives in primitive tribes that frequently war on each other. The return of the gift of sight is both a blessing and a curse for Voss and his tribe.

In season two, [SPOILERS] Voss battled his nemesis brother Edo (Dave Bautista) then left his family to live remotely in the forest.

In See season 3, a Trivantian scientist develops a new and devastating form of weaponry. Voss returns to Paya to protect his tribe. The new “first look” trailer gives insight into the multiple opponents he must battle and defeat.

The second season drew paise from critics, earning an 83% approval rating on the review-aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes. It even picked up an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Special Visual Effects. Fans are surely eager to see the third and final chapter.

See season 3 will make its global debut on Friday, August 26, 2022. That first episode will be followed by a new one each Friday. There are eight in total.
