Celebrating its “10-year Nanoversary,” Nanoleaf put out a special edition of its Shapes smart-lighting panels. It’s a new all -black color option: Ultra Black Shapes Triangles.

Like the other colors, the new set works with HomeKit as part of your smart-home lighting.

10th anniversary Nanoleaf Shapes smart-lighting panels special edition is all-black

The new panels feature a matte-black look, a departure from the all-white design of the company’s other products. All special edition components come in black, including controller, mounting plates and power supply.

But the panels don’t remain black all the time, of course. Flip the switch and they transform into RGB colors with many possible scenes and special effects.

The new panels do all the things Nanoleaf’s other smart-lighting panels do. That includes screen mirroring, rhythm music visualization, touch control-support, scheduling and support for Thread networking.

The new Ultra Black Triangles can be combined with any Nanoleaf Triangles, Mini Triangles, Elements and Hexagons panels.

The limited-edition panels are available for a limited time as a Smart Kit with panels, controller and power supply, or as an expansion kit.

Price: Smart Kit contains nine light panels for $219.99 and each Smarter Kit contains three panels for $39.99.
