AirPods Max feature Spatial Audio and ANC

The AirPods Max are Apple’s first over-the-ear headphones after making tiny wireless earbuds for years. In our AirPods Max review, we found the headphones offer “sizzling, energetic sound.” They feature excellent active noise cancellation, Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking, and transparency mode so you can hear the world around you while wearing the headphones. You can use the Digital Crown to switch between the different modes easily.

The mesh headband has steel stems that branch out like tuning forks a couple of inches above each ear cup. They also act as a handle to carry the headphones around when in their Smart Case.

Like other AirPods, pairing the AirPods Max with your iPhone and other Apple products will be a breeze. Plus, they automatically switch themselves on and connect to your iPhone when you put them on your head. There’s no power button to fiddle around with.

Grab the AirPods Max with an $70 discount

With a retail price tag of $549, there’s no doubt the AirPods Max are on the expensive side. However, the $70 discount currently available on Amazon makes them a wee bit more reasonable by bringing their price down to $479.

Act fast and you can snag the discount on any of AirPods Max’s five colors: green, pink, silver, space gray and sky blue.
