Not every Bluetooth speaker on the market packs 60W of power, but the new Tronsmart Bang Outdoor Party Speaker does. And it brings a beat-driven light show to the party, too. The company rolled it out on Tuesday, emphasizing that the four-driver speaker is “loud and powerful.”
“The Bang delivers an audio feast with an impactful stereo sound thanks to its two tweeters and two woofers,” the company said.

The Tronsmart Bang portable speaker features patented SoundPulse technology, which the company said provides a louder sound and more power than “ordinary speakers.”
Designed to provide a better sound quality through its dual tweeters and woofers for a cleaner treble and bass, “Bang covers all frequencies at a high standard with professional acoustic tuning,” Tronsmart added.
The Bang speaker puts on a beat-driven light show in which LEDs phase, pulse and shine with the rhythm of the music.
The device can sync with up to 100 other Bang speakers using Tronsmart’s TuneConn technology, the company said. The speaker supports Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC pairing.
In-app equalizer
You can use an app or voice-assistant control when using the speaker. To customize music, an equalizer in the app allows users to manually adjust settings or switch to multiple pre-set modes, which the company called Hi-Fi, Classical, Vocal, Deep Bass, Rock and 3D.
The 6.8-pound speaker features a built-in handle and IPX6 waterproof protection against rain, dust, snow and a spills.
Tronsmart said a charge time of 4.5 hours delivers up to 15 hours of playback at 50% volume. And you can also use the speaker as a 10800mAh power bank when it’s not playing music, making it a handy travel accessory.
The Tronsmart Bang speaker is available to purchase from for $109.99 from the Tronsmart website. It becomes available on Amazon in April.
