The latest update to the Apple Store app adds a brand-new “lists” feature that makes it easier to keep track of all the things you want.

You can then share and discuss your lists with in-store Specialists, Apple says — then get a recap of your conversation sent to the app so it’s easy to find later. Lists also make it faster to buy what you want when you’re ready to check out.

Apple Store app gets lists for simpler shopping

Prior to this update, the only way to save items you had your eye on inside the Apple Store app was to add them to your cart and leave them there. You could also “favorite” items, but keeping track of everything wasn’t exactly simple.

Now, you can add everything you hope to buy in the future to a list — and create multiple lists for different things, such as “home” or “office.” You can then share those lists with Apple Specialists to discuss items in-store.

“Share a list with a Specialist in store, and get a recap of the conversation sent to the app to easily buy what you like when ready,” Apple says. This will help you remember important information that might inform your buying decision.

New videos with audio descriptions

The latest Apple Store app update — version 5.14 — also adds new videos with audio descriptions, providing a more detailed look at the products available. You can download it now on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
