German accessory designer Vonmählen is rolling out a 6-in-1 keychain pocket tool called the High Six – which it said is “the world’s most compact key chain charging cable.” In addition to its various adapters for your charging and data-transfer needs, it has a bottle opener. You know, for your refreshment needs.
The little gadget has topped its crowdfunding goals in its Kickstarter campaign, virtually ensuring deliveries planned for January 2022, the company said. Its campaign follows a successful one a while back for the device’s predecessor, the High Five.

Vonmählen High Six features and improvements
The multi-purpose pocket tool, possibly a new best friend for your iPhone, features a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB-A adapter and a 2-in-1 micro USB/ Lightning adapter. And it all fits in a sleek, stainless steel casing with a built-in bottle opener. The case is magnetized to hold the pieces in place.

The company said the High Six solves some problems that came up with the High Five after long-term use. For example, people would lose the USB-A adapter cap. And the new model includes a modernized USB-C to USB-C cable rather than micro-USB to USB-C. And it’s equipped with power delivery up to 60W, plus data-transfer capability.

The High Six is also more compact and lighter than its predecessor, weighing in at only 16.5 grams with dimensions of 12 x 16.5 x 61mm.
“We really appreciate the valuable feedback we received from our backers after the first campaign,” Vonmählen CEO Julian Thormählen said in a statement. “We were able to apply the feedback when designing High Six, which has resulted in an even stronger, more user-friendly product. Our aspiration has always been to create functional products with innovative features and aesthetic design, resulting in the best user experience.”

Pricing and availability
The High Six is available to order on Kickstarter during a 30-day campaign ending on November 25. Prices start at about $24.50, depending on the currency conversion rate. Shipping will take place in January 2022.
