iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro preorders are now live through the Apple Store online. Go secure yours ahead of their official debut next Friday, September 24. Shipping dates will slip soon, so be sure to act fast.
The iPhone 13 lineup features Apple’s newest A15 Bionic chip, improved camera sensors, and a smaller notch. If you opt for a Pro model — which we think you should — you’ll also get a buttery-smooth ProMotion display, a new Telephoto sensor with 3X optical zoom, and a faster GPU.
All models now ship with 128GB of storage as standard, with Apple finally giving 64GB modules the boot. Standard iPhone 12 models can be configured with as much as 512GB, while iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max can be ordered with a whopping 1TB — handy for its new ProRes recording feature.
Preorder iPhone 13 now
Here are the starting prices for each model:
- iPhone 13 mini — from $699
- iPhone 13 — from $799
- iPhone 13 Pro — from $999
- iPhone 13 Pro Max — from $1,099
If you’re fast enough, your iPhone 13 preorder will arrive next Friday, September 24. However, as is usually case with new iPhone refreshes, we expect shipping dates to start slipping quickly.
You can also order new iPhone 13 accessories today. Apple is offering its usual lineup of cases, including silicone and leather, with MagSafe compatibility. There’s also a new MagSafe Wallet that now comes with Find My compatibility so you can track it down when it goes missing.
iPad and iPad mini also available
The new 2021 iPad mini and ninth-generation iPad are also available to preorder — and have been since Apple concluded its big keynote on Tuesday. Both are also scheduled to debut alongside iPhone 13, but again, shipping times have slipped, so you’re facing a 4-6 week wait if you order today.
There’s still no word on when we’ll be able to preorder Apple Watch Series 7. Apple says it’s coming later this fall.
