Preordering iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro tomorrow? Apple now gives you new ways to shop for its newest devices. Take advantage of additional pickup, payment, and delivery options, as well as carrier offers at Apple Retail stores.
The same options are also available for the new iPad and iPad mini, which are already up for preorder ahead of their debut on September 24.
New ways to shop for Apple devices
“Apple is making it easier than ever for customers to get ready for pre-orders of iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13, and iPhone 13 mini,” it said in a press release detailing the newest ways to shop on Thursday.
So, what are your options? Well, if you want your new device on launch day, you’ll need to preorder as quickly as possible. Get a head start by choosing the device you want and how you want to pay today.
Start shopping today
Visit the Apple Store online or use the Apple Store app for iPhone and iPad, add the products you want to your shopping bag, and leave them there until preorders open at 9 a.m. PDT/12 p.m. EDT on Friday, September 17.
There are new options to pay monthly, Apple said, and if you use Apple Card, you’ll get your 3% Daily Cash back whether your order is paid in full or via monthly installments. You can also choose to trade in your old iPhone.
Trade in your old iPhone
Apple is offering up to $1,000 off iPhone 13 Pro when you trade-in directly through the Apple Store online or an Apple retail location and activate your new device with select carriers in the United States.
Customers receive instant credit toward their new purchase, or an Apple Gift Card that they can use at a later date. If you’re trading in from home, Apple will send you a box that you can use to send back your old handset.
Get Apple Specialist support
Not sure what iPhone to buy or need help trading in? You can get one-to-one support from an Apple Specialist online or in-store. They’ll provide a “personalized shopping experience” and setup assistance, Apple says.
Preorder iPhone 13 this Friday
Remember, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro are available to preorder from 9 a.m. PDT/12 p.m. EDT on Friday, September 17. You’ll need to claim yours as quickly as possible if you want launch day delivery; they sell out quickly.
The 2021 iPad mini and ninth-generation iPad, unveiled alongside iPhone 13, are available to preorder now. All make their official debut on September 24.
There’s still no word on when Apple Watch Series 7 will land, although Apple says it’s coming later this fall. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as a preorder date is confirmed.
