The Twelve South StayGo mini helps remedy the limited number of ports on the iPad Pro and Air. The adapter takes the single USB-C port and converts it to USB-A, HDMI and a headphone jack.

It fits snugly to the tablet but comes with a cable so it can be easily connected to a Mac.

The adapter includes a USB-A 2.0 port for use connecting keyboards, thumbdrives, etc. with a max connection speed of 5 Gbps. Next to this is an HDMI port that supports up to 4K but tops out at 30 Hz.

There’s also a 3.5mm headset jack for listening to music while working. And a USB-C port lets you charge your iPad Pro/Air while the StayGo mini is taking up the only port.

Twelve South made a video to show off the multiport USB-C adapter in action.

StayGo mini fits directly against the side of the iPad. It’s small, at 2.8 inches by 1.5 inches by 0.3 inches. This accessory is primarily for tablets but Twelve South bundles a 1.6-foot cable to connect to a Mac.

The price for the StayGo Mini USB-C Hub is $59.99. It’s available starting Tuesday on Twelve South’s website.

It’ll have to compete with rival products already on the market. That includes the Sanho HyperDrive USB-C 6-in-1 Hub for iPad.
