The next iPhone is just a couple of months away, but an artist has given us an early glimpse of what it might look like. His iPhone 13 concept combines new features revealed leaks and rumors, but there are also a couple that are just hopes.
Watch his high-quality video to see a handset Apple might unveil soon.
The video is the creation of the Hacker 34. Unlike many other concept designers, he stays grounded in what’s really possible. The iPhone 13 might not have every single feature from the video, but none are impossible.
iPhone 13 concept is probably mostly accurate
The video shows the iPhone 13 and and 13 mini with a smaller notch. There’s quite a bit of evidence to back this up. And the concept artist is hoping for 2x faster Face ID,
The notch is set in a 120 Hz screen. This is a feature widely expected to be in the upcoming iOS device. And the concept device includes an always-on display, which has also been rumored.
Plus, the iPhone 13 concept video shows an A15 processor. This is a safe bet, as this chip is reportedly already in production.
But the Hacker 34 also put in a wish for reverse wireless charging, allowing one Apple handset to wirelessly charge another. It’s possible — an iPhone 12 can do this trick with the new Apple MagSafe Battery Pack — but it has been in any leaks.
He also included a wish for new yellow color option.
The iPhone 13 is expected to make the jump from concept to reality this autumn. Possibly on September 14. But maybe much later.
