The Belkin Boost↑Charge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charger Stand with MagSafe uses magnets to hold an iPhone 12 up where it can be more easily seen. And it includes a pad for AirPods cases that support wireless charging.
In addition, Belkin also unveiled the SoundForm Freedom True Wireless Earbuds on Monday, the first day of CES 2021. These truly wireless headphones offer environmental noise cancellation and 8 hours of playback.
Belkin Boost↑Charge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charger Stand with MagSafe
iPhone 12 series offers the revamped version of MagSafe. This embeds magnets in the back of the handset, and also enables faster wireless charging. Belkin’s just-announced stand uses this system to elevate Apple’s latest handset, and let it be used in either landscape or portrait orientation. Charging at 15 watts is also possible because of MagSafe.
In addition, the accessory powers up an AirPods Pro or AirPods with Wireless Charging Case in a second pad designed for these earbuds.
The Belkin Boost↑Charge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charger Stand with MagSafe will be available beginning in March or April 2021 for $99.95. It’ll be sold by from Belkin.com and the Apple Store.
This is a simpler version of the Boost↑Charge Pro MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charger that Belkin announced last autumn. Both accessories work only with the iPhone 12 series.
Belkin SoundForm Freedom True Wireless Earbuds
Belkin is also taking on AirPods Pro with its own earbuds. These have environmental noise cancellation and promise 8-hour non-stop play time. They’re IPX5 rated for sweat and splash resistance.
The earbuds also have a feature that’s previously only been available in Apple products: finding capabilities through Apple’s Find My network. This is the same system used to locate lost iPhones.
A charging case adds 20 hours of use. It supports Qi wireless charging and USB-C.
SoundForm Freedom True Wireless Earbuds will be available beginning March/April 2021. Belkin didn’t not announce a price at CES 2021.
