Never one to rest on its laurels, Apple already seeded the first betas of iOS 14.4 and iPadOS 14.4. And that’s not all. watchOS 7.3 beta 1 and tvOS 14.4 beta 1 are also up for testing.
If that wasn’t enough, macOS Big Sur 11.2 is included in this rush of fresh pre-release versions, too.
iOS 14.4 is coming down the pike
Apple only just introduced iOS 14.3 and iPadOS 14.3 to the general public on Monday, along with macOS Big Sur 11.1 and watchOS 7.2. But the company already seeded new betas for iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch. And Apple TV too.
At this point, all of these pre-release versions are only available to developers. And it’s not yet known what new features any of them will include.
For developers only
At present, iOS 14.4 beta 1, macOS Big Sur 11.2 Beta 1, iPadOS 14.4 beta 1, watchOS 7.3 beta 1 and tvOS 14.4 beta 1 are only for developers. But, if Apple follows its previous habits, public beta versions will be along.
In the mean time, getting access to these pre-release editions requires joining the Apple Developer Program, which costs $99 a year.
Update: This article was updated when Apple seeded the macOS Big Sur 11.2 beta, shortly after the others had already been released.
