Several Apple Stores have been damaged and most are closed today amid protests in major cities across the United States.

Posts on Twitter show multiple Apple retail locations that have been broken into.

The company chose to close most locations on Sunday, according to Bloomberg. And it said in a statement, “With the health and safety of our teams in mind, we’ve made the decision to keep a number of our stores in the US closed on Sunday.”

This is happening just as the company began reopening retail locations after shuttering them for months because of the coronavirus outbreak.
