Ben Stiller’s directorial TV series debut for Apple TV+, Severance, added another male lead to its roster today after striking a deal with Tramell Tillman.

Tramell, who can currently be seen in the Amazon series Hunters with Al Pacino, will play alongside Adam Scott in the thriller written and created by Dan Erickson.

Severance is described as a workplace thriller set at the Lumen Industries, a fictional company that is “looking to take work-life balance to a new level.” Deadline reports that Trammell’s will play an intensely earnest employee named Milchick. Adam Scott will star as Mark, an employee with a dark past putting his life together.

Trammell’s also had roles in the Forest Whitaker Epix series Godfather of Harlem. He was also a regular on the AMC series Dietland and has been acted in multiple productions at the New York theater.

Patricia Arquette, Britt Lower, Jen Tullock and Zach Cherry have also been cast in Severance. Ben Stiller has been tapped as the director and executive producer for the 10 episode series.

The production schedule of the show hasn’t been revealed yet. Considering the huge lack of content Apple TV+ has been facing lately, we’re hoping this one gets wrapped up sooner rather than later.
