Twitterrific’s latest update is out now with a brand-new dark mode and multi-window support on iPad. The verison 6.1 release makes it easier than ever to keep tabs on different accounts and feeds.

It also comes with a whole host of improvements.

Twitterrific has long been one of the best third-party Twitter clients on iOS. It’s right up there with Tweetbot, and it now has a big advantage over its rivals for those who do their tweeting on iPad.

Twitterrific 6.1 has all the windows on iPad

Multi-window support ensures you never miss a thing by allowing you to constantly keep tabs on different accounts and feeds using a single iPad. It’s incredibly powerful.

Here are the multiple ways you can open new windows in Twitterrific:

  • Drag a new copy of Twitterrific from the Dock to use Split View
  • Drag and drop an account from the sidebar to create a new window for that account
  • Drag any account from the account picker panel
  • Long-press on an account in the account picker panel

You can open as many windows as you want, and each one will remember the account and any customizations you have set.

Dark mode for iOS 13

The latest Twitterrific update also adds a dark mode for iOS 13.

It can be toggled automatically with the system-wide dark mode settings, or you can choose Twitterrific’s theme manually from within the app’s own settings menu.

Twitterrific 6.1 is available from the App Store now. It’s completely free to use, but there is an in-app purchase if you want to remove ads.
