The first true Call of Duty game has finally landed on mobile, seven months after its initial unveiling.

Activision’s newest title features the staple online multiplayer with various game modes, as well as its own battle royale. It’s free to download now from the App Store — and it’s a lot of fun!

We’ve seen CoD games on mobile before, and some of them have been fairly decent. But none successfully delivered the real CoD experience that fans have grown to love.

Call of Duty: Mobile is the first title that really does that. It’s just like CoD on console and PC, but it’s designed to fit in your pocket.

Call of Duty: Mobile is real Call of Duty

The online multiplayer that CoD is famous for is the highlight of game. It features your favorite modes — including Domination, Team Deathmatch, and Hardpoint — and a bunch of iconic maps.

You will also find familiar weapons and perks, score streaks and specialist abilities. And it doesn’t stop there.

Call of Duty: Mobile also features its very own battle royale mode. It’s not quite the same as Blackout in Black Ops 4, but it’s very similar, with 100 players battling to be the last alive.

Pick up Call of Duty: Mobile on iOS today

CoD: Mobile is exactly what you would expect from a modern CoD game. You’ll enjoy high-resolution graphics, customizable controls, voice chat, and a whole lot more.

This is the first CoD game I’ve really enjoyed playing on mobile. Its multiplayer modes are a lot of fun, and despite its touch controls, it actually feels like Call of Duty.

Sadly, there is no support for physical controllers yet (we’re hoping that will come in a future update) but that shouldn’t stop you from playing CoD: Mobile today.

The game is free to download and play, and you can find it now in the App Store.
