Apple has partnered with Best Buy to make it even easier for customers to obtain service and repairs.

Nearly 1,000 Best Buy stores across the U.S. can now fix your Apple devices. They are offering same-day fixes for iPhone with trained experts who use genuine Apple parts.

Apple is famous for its unparalleled customer service. It makes it incredibly easy to get help with broken or troublesome products, and in most cases, it’s pretty quick. But not everyone lives close to an Apple Store.

Now you can take your Apple devices to any Best Buy store instead.

Apple and Best Buy are BFFs

“At Apple, we’re dedicated to providing the best customer service in the world,” said Tara Bunch, Apple’s vice president of AppleCare.

“We’re always looking at how we can reliably expand our network of trained technicians and we’re excited to partner with every Best Buy store so it’s even easier for our customers to find an authorized repair location near them.”

With every Best Buy store on board, that’s nearly 1,000 locations and almost 7,600 Geek Squad staff that are certified to provide Apple repairs. And if it’s an iPhone you’re having issues with, you could get it fixed the very same day.

It won’t cost you any extra

Just like any other Apple Authorized Service Provider, Best Buy offers free repairs if your Apple product is covered by Apple Care. And it only uses genuine Apple components.

“We love being there for our customers no matter what their Apple need is, from helping them choose the right device, to offering AppleCare protection and now helping fix their devices,” said Best Buy’s Trish Walker, president of Services.

“We’ve always enjoyed a great partnership with Apple and we’re thrilled that, together, we can better serve our customers.”

Everyone is within 20 minutes of an Apple repairer

In addition to almost 1,000 Best Buy stores, Apple is now working with over 1,800 third-party Authorized Service Providers across the U.S. That’s three times as many as three years ago.

Apple says that eight out of 10 customers in the U.S. will now be within 20 minutes of an Authorized Service Provider.
