Apple has likely booked the San Jose McEnery Convention Center to host WWDC 2019 from June 3 to June 7.

The tech giant typically waits until March to announce the dates for its annual Worldwide Developers Conference. However, a city events calendar lists June 6 for the conference’s big party for attendees, the WWDC Bash.

Each year, WWDC attracts app creators and other tech creatives in the Apple ecosystem from all over the world. During the WWDC keynote, Apple executives make big announcements about coming OS updates. Sometimes they even show off new products expected to debut later in the year.

While Apple has yet to announce the dates for WWDC 2019, MacRumors pieced together certain details pegging the event for the first week of June.

A published calendar from San Jose’s Office of Cultural Affairs shows Discovery Meadow booked for the WWDC Bash on Thursday, June 6. Apple secured permits to use the venue and estimated a crowd of about 7,000, MacRumors reported.

The news site took credit for being first to report the dates last year. However, it ended this morning’s report with a caveat. “While we are confident about these dates, Apple could change its plans at any time,” the site said. “MacRumors can’t be held responsible for any airfare or accommodations booked based on this information.”
