Fortnite’s festive event for 2018 has kicked off, giving players the opportunity to unlock exclusive holiday rewards and play fresh limited-time game modes every day.

The challenges you’ll need to complete to earn those rewards will be revealed at 9 a.m. ET each day, but thanks to a new leak, we already know what to expect from 14 Days of Fortnite.

The first challenge, which is available in Battle Royale now, is to start or join a server in Creative Mode. It takes just a minute, and for your efforts, you’ll unlock a festive “GG” spray.

Further challenges will be unlocked each day for the next 13 days, but you don’t have to wait to find out what you’ll need to do. Data miner @srdrabx has uncovered the 14 Days of Fortnite tasks early.

14 Days of Fortnite challenges

After completing today’s challenge, here’s what you can expect:

  • Deal damage with different weapons
  • Dance in front of different Christmas trees
  • Destroy snowflake decorations
  • Fly a Stormwing plane through floating rings
  • Hit another player with a snowball
  • Search chests
  • Find goose eggs
  • Play a match with a friend
  • Thank the bus driver in different matches
  • Perform tricks on a snowboard
  • Use a Port-a-Gift
  • Use a tool in Creative Mode
  • Visit giant candy canes

In what order these challenges will appear remains a mystery, and we don’t know what we’ll be rewarded for completing each one, either. But based on the tasks themselves, it seems at least one of the unlocks will be a throwable snowball.

The list of challenges also reveals some other interesting changes that will be coming to Battle Royale soon. We’ve already started seeing Christmas trees and snowflake decorations, but we’re yet to see snowboards, the Port-a-Gift, or goose eggs.

It seems we have an exciting fortnight ahead in Fortnite (see what I did there?). And don’t worry if you didn’t buy the season seven Battle Pass; these challenges are open to all.
