iPod lovers have been waiting years for Apple to resurrect its portable music player, but a brilliant new concept case could give us the next best thing.

Designer Joyce Kang created a brilliant mockup of a case for Apple Watch that transforms it into a music player reminiscent of the original iPod. The tiny case even comes with a working click wheel — and still gives you access to Apple Watch’s best features!

The Pod Case concept has an opening in the front and one in the back so users can still access the screen and heart rate sensors. There’s also a strap hole at the bottom so making it easier to carry around and attach to things.

The Apple Watch Series 4 only comes with 16GB of internal storage. Apple launched the original iPod with only 5GB of storage which was good enough to put 1000 songs in your pocket. A 10GB model came out a few months later. Storage capacity eventually ramped all the way up to 128GB on some future models before the iPhone took over and gave customers the option to download songs directly to their device.

Add an expandable storage slot to the PodCase and it could be a huge hit with fans looking for a bit of old school technostalgia.
