Apple is now offering refurbished iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus handsets at a discount. Shoppers can currently save up to 10 percent. All models arrive unlocked with a one-year warranty.

The internet became awash with used iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices following the launch of iPhone 8 and iPhone X last year. But buying from sites like eBay and Craigslist can be risky. Now, for complete peace of mind, you can buy refurbished from Apple.

10% off iPhone 7

Prices start at $499 for an iPhone 7 with 32GB of storage, while a 128GB model costs $589, saving you 9 percent. You can also get 9 percent off the 256GB model, which is priced at $679. iPhone 7 Plus starts at $599, with 10 percent off the regular retail price.

This is considerably more than you would pay for these devices if you bought them used from third-party retailers. But again, Apple ensures each handset is unlocked and includes the same 12-month warranty you would get with a brand new device.

What’s more, Apple installs a brand new battery and outer shell — and tests each one before they are sold — so refurbished models look and perform just like new models.

After Apple hiked prices for iPhone 8 and iPhone X, the refurbished iPhone 7 lineup is an even more affordable way to get into the Apple ecosystem with a device that’s still more than capable of doing everything you’ll need.
