Notorious recluse Frank Ocean doesn’t come out of hiding that often, but when he does he sure does make it worth it, like today when he surprised fans with a new Beats 1 radio show.

Ocean shook up the record industry last year when he launched his hit album Blonde as an Apple Music exclusive. Now Frank is partnering with Apple again for a new radio show and “blonded Radio.”

The new show covers an eclectic range of music genres. Songs from artists like Outkasts, Future, Notorious B.I.G. were featured heavily in the first episode. Erykah Badu, Prince and even Celine Dion were also played on the fun new show that gives some insight into the type of jams that inspire Ocean’s music.

Along with coming out with his own Beats 1 show, Ocean is also on a new Calvin Harris track called “Slide” that debuted today. The fun new song also features the rap group Migos.
