Jim Cramer, host of CNBC financial-advice show Mad Money, is a fan of the Apple Watch, but it doesn’t seem to be enough for him.

The boisterous host has recently introduced an interesting companion for his wearable, which he has been sporting on his show for a few weeks.

Maybe you can’t tell from the last image what Cramer has done, but have a look at this one:

That’s right — Jim Cramer is wearing two watches. He has stainless steel Apple Watch and an analog timepiece. Your guess is as good as ours. Maybe the second watch is a backup in case the Apple Watch runs out of juice. We’re pretty sure he checks stocks on that thing, like, all day, and that has to take a toll on the battery.

It’s a novel idea, even if it’s not the most fashion-forward, and we think Apple should take this “one screen is just a watch” idea to heart if it ever comes up with the Apple Watch Plus.

You can catch Cramer’s watches in action over at CNBC, but good luck paying attention to any of the money advice he’s dishing out. In the meantime, however, he should probably leave the multi-watch thing to professionals.

Time experiments definitely need a backup or two.
