AppleCare has started to rollout to enterprise, thanks to Cupertino’s new strategic partnership with IBM.
In addition, AppleCare for Enterprise offers 24-hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week support on a per-department basis by either phone or email. You have to be one of six designated IT contacts to avail yourself of it, but if you’re one of those lucky six — or your company pays for more — you’ll be able to get help with any problems for any Apple hardware or software.
In addition to the above, if you sign up for AppleCare for Enterprise, you egt optional on-site hardware service for three years for any Mac or iOS device. And as many as 10% of all broken Mac or iOS devices can even be replaced under AppleCare for Enterprise in as little as one day.
How much does this all cost? Your guess is as good as ours: this is enterprise-level support, which doesn’t play by consumer pricing rules. If you think your company can make use of this, contact your Apple or IBM Account Executive for more information.
