Apple’s Ebay Store Is Selling Refurbed Macs For Less Than The Online Apple Store

It’s no secret that the best place to buy a MacBook or iMac is from the online Apple Store’s refurbished section. You get the same products, with the same warranty, for a few hundred bucks cheaper than buying it brand new.

But what you probably didn’t know is that Apple has a secret eBay store which sells the same refurbished items you can get from the online Apple Store, except they’re even cheaper.

Dealsnews reported this morning that Apple’s eBay store, Refurbished Outlet, has dropped prices on refurbed items below the Apple Store’s pricing. You can pick up a 128GB 13-inch MacBook Air for $899, which would normally cost you $999.

iPod touches are about $30 and $50 cheaper on the eBay store than the Apple Store, but some items are priced to match the online Apple Store, so you’ll have to double check that you’re getting a better deal. A lot of items that were available this morning have already been sold, so this is something to keep an eye on if you’re looking for a great deal.
