Now that Apple Music’s three-month free trial is over and done with, Apple is stepping up its efforts to make sure (paying) customers are happy with the service they are receiving.

One way it is doing this is with a newly-launched Twitter account @AppleMusicHelp which, you guessed it, offers Apple Music help to anyone with a query.

Only launched this morning, its moderators have already answered 61 tweets (and counting) on everything from how to access music charts to how to stop Apple Music skipping automatically to the next song in a playlist.

Although Apple has long explored social networking (it was one of the first companies to pay Facebook a monthly stipend), it has been using it more and more as of late. Last Christmas, the company launched its first ever Tumblr page, while it has also experimented with an official Snapchat account.

Considering that Apple Music’s big selling point is its personal touch — and Apple has always ranked incredibly highly on customer care — it’s a great move which extends the “Apple Music philosophy” of human-driven solutions rather than automated ones.

And, hey, it saves Eddy Cue having to answer questions on his own personal Twitter account!
